I was feeling so horrible yest noon… Not sure it’s cos of the food i ate, or the fact that i was caught in the rain the day before… or the fact that i wash my hair early in the morning etc etc etc… but by noon, i had such a bad headache and i decided to leave work early and booked a prenatal massage…
i asked for recommendations in the Asia Parents forum and Sam of MomsinMind recommended Aramsa Spa at Bishan… initially, i wanted to book a massage with someone else, however, this lady only do house calls and i know that Ross will disturb us etc if it was done at my house… thus, decided to go to Aramsa… th price was steep!
$180 per session for 1 hours…. and with the cab fare from office and back to home etc… it was really quite abit to spend… but i decided to do so, cos i was feeling horribly lousy and after the massage, it was really worth it…
Why? why spend so much on a massage?
- cos firstly, it was a prenatal massage… never go anywhere for a normal massage… you need to have an experience person who does prenatal…
- the lady who did my massage uses medium strength… of course, if i am not preggy, i would love it more if she use more strength but it wasnt recommended… and some others are just simply worried to use strength to massage so this lady is perfect….
- the place is nice… it has a green cafe that serves vegetarian food… hehe… we will definitely go back for the food… am thinking of bringing my MIL and mum there for a normal massage…
- massage during pregnancy just relieve the tension in my neck and back… the strength that she used on my legs are just wonderful… the tiredness etc just went away…
I know that it’s really costly even for me… but once in a while, will really love to indulge esp when preggy…

i like Spa Esprit and Raffles Amrita Spa
BM:
